Flyer Policies
- We will have at least one table in the Hynes near the Information Desk set aside for flyers. There is no charge for you to place flyers on this table.
- In fairness to everyone, we ask that you limit your flyers to a single pile and that you respect flyers left by other people and do not move them or cover them up.
- We would prefer that your flyers are no larger than 8.5"x14" (US "legal size" paper). 11"x17" sheets are posters, not flyers!
- Please keep your flyers limited to this table. Any flyers found on floors, walls, or doors will be removed immediately. Flyers left stacked elsewhere in the convention area will be either moved to the flyer table or thrown out. (Water tables are not flyer tables.)
- Excessive amounts of flyers found in multiple unapproved areas will result in all flyers from the offending organization to be removed from the convention.
- Flyers from any convention, organization, or business are welcome as long as they do not contain inappropriate, illegal, or adult material. (ie: flyers for a sci-fi convention are okay, flyers with naked women are not.) Common sense, really...
- Use of Anime Boston's trademarks and copyrights (logos, mascots, etc.) are not permitted on flyers without the express written approval from Anime Boston's Chairman or Vice Chairman. New England Anime Society trademarks and copyrights may only be used with express written approval from a member of the NEAS Board of Directors.
- If you are not attending the convention and wish to send flyers to be placed on the flyer table or inserted into registration bags, please contact Advertising Sales for our rates. (Flyers mailed without approval from Ad Sales will not be distributed and will be recycled.)
- Flyers remaining on the flyer table will be thrown out or recycled at the end of the convention after closing ceremonies. If you wish to re-claim any remaining flyers, please take them before that time.
- Anime Boston staff reserves the right to remove any flyers at any time for any reason.
