Hospitality Staff

Hospitality Staff will support the Hospitality Manager in the Staff Hospitality Suite. Operating hours for the staff suite are from 11am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11am to 3pm on Sunday, with set-up on Thursday night/Friday morning. Duties include keeping food, drinks, and utensils for convention staffers readily available, keeping the room clean and organized, assisting the Hospitality Manager with transporting food and other items to the suite, and packing up the room after the convention is over.
All staff are required to help with the post-con pack-up after the convention ends on Sunday, unless pre-approved to leave early at the time of hire.
