Main Events Coordinator The Main Events Coordinator is responsible for the technical production for all events taking place in Main Events. Their duties also include observing and assisting all events and departments that combine inside of main events, this should include all pre-convention planning, as well as at convention status reports. As well as other duties as assigned by the Director. All Tech Staff members are required to fulfill at least 20 hours of work over the course of the convention. (The 20 hours does not include setup/takedown time.) Initial schedule requests can be submitted before the convention and final schedules will be handed out at the convention. All staff are required to read forums once a week. It is suggested to read the staff forums for all convention departments to familiarize yourself with all areas of the convention. All staff are required to help with the post-con pack-up after the convention ends on Sunday, unless pre-approved to leave early at the time of hire. To Apply:
