Technical Chief of Staff

The Technical Chief of Staff is responsible for all technical staffing needs. The COS will be responsible for all staff scheduling needs, as well as the check in / out of all Technical staffers during their on duty time at convention. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Technical staff database. As well as other duties as assigned by the Director.

All Tech Staff members are required to fulfill at least 20 hours of work over the course of the convention. (The 20 hours does not include setup/takedown time.) Initial schedule requests can be submitted before the convention and final schedules will be handed out at the convention.

All staff are required to read forums once a week. It is suggested to read the staff forums for all convention departments to familiarize yourself with all areas of the convention. All staff are required to help with the post-con pack-up after the convention ends on Sunday, unless pre-approved to leave early at the time of hire.
