Grant MoranWriter and Producer
Grant Moran has been a writer, story editor, producer and executive in television animation for 15 years. A graduate of Dartmouth College and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, he started out as a director and dramaturge in professional theatre, developing new works at such places as the Sundance Institute, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and the New York Theatre Workshop. He spent six years at Warner Bros. Animation as a staff writer-producer, contributing to the development and production of such award-winning shows as Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Batman: The Animated Series and Damon Wayans. Waynehead. He worked both sides of the desk at Nickelodeon, serving first as Executive Director of Current Series, overseeing production on Rugrats, The Wild Thornberrys, Rocket Power, and As Told By Ginger, and then as Head Writer/Co-Producer on Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. He has worked in Anime in various forms including adapting 84 episodes of Lupin the 3rd for Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, all of last year's run of Viewtiful Joe on KidsWB, and produced Megaman: NT Warrior for the latter as well. He's recently finished the pilot for the Aniplex-Upper Deck series Kiba.
