Sheraton System Error
Due to a glitch in a Sheraton system upgrade, people staying in the Sheraton with the Pay at Check-in reservation may have been charged the full amount of their stay in the last week (March 7-13), instead of upon check-in. The Sheraton reports that this was unintentional and that they are currently working to reverse the charges to those affected.
To attendees affected by over-the-limit or overdraft fees relating to this issue, the Sheraton has stated that they will reimburse if a statement showing the fees is provided. After this is resolved, affected reservations will still be expected to pay at check-in.
The Sheraton reports that this issue will be fully corrected within the next day.
