Staff Position Details

Staff Resource Manager

The Staff Resource Manager is responsible for assisting Division Heads as needed with maintaining the staff database and assisting all departments with staff related projects, staff badging, staff check in, t-shirt distribution and hotel room assignments. The staff manager also coordinates the distribution of food vouchers and purchasing of supplies.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Convention:
Staff database assistance/staff job descriptions
Staff hotel room assignments
Assist departments as needed with approving staff applications
Answering new staff related questions
Updating and distributing the Staff FAQ at check-in
Order food vouchers and supplies for staff
Creation of staff badges

At the convention:
Oversee staff check-in (Wednesday - Sunday)
Distribute staff T-shirts (Wednesday - Sunday)
Resolve staff hotel check-in/out issues
Create additional badges for Contractors/VIP Guests
Oversee the counting and distribution of staff food vouchers
Locating and documenting missing/late staff

All staff members are also required to adhere to the Staff Guidelines.
